About This

• BEGINNER TO ADVANCED: From drag-and-drop blocks to Python and JavaScript, BOLT+ makes programming hands-on and accessible for all skill levels while reinforcing STEM, ELA, and math concepts.
• PROGRAMMABLE & INTERACTIVE: Code animations, messages, and real-time data on the LCD screen, while sensors and motors drive movement, interactivity, and problem solving. Includes exclusive BOLT+ coding blocks for manual driving, button responses, precision, and control, plus use Sphero's AI Assistant—Explain My Program—for reflective learning.
• STANDARDS-ALIGNED & CROSS-CURRICULAR: Access free standards-aligned lessons, educator guides, and video tutorials—plus AI learning collections—in Sphero Central, our online resource hub, to easily integrate BOLT+ into any subject.
• BUILT FOR THE CLASSROOM: Shake to wake, Qi wireless charging, all-day battery life, and a durable, waterproof shell maximize learning time. Connect, program, and drive BOLT+ through the Sphero Edu app, available on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and web browser (no installation needed).
• BUILDS FOUNDATIONS FOR AI LITERACY: Through coding and debugging, students learn how AI systems sense, decide, and respond—building logic, pattern recognition, and critical thinking. Covers algorithms, data structures, and computer science fundamentals, with AI-focused lessons available in Sphero Central.
• CLASSROOM-READY & PRIVACY-FIRST: No open-text input. No model training from student data. All Sphero Edu AI tools stay focused on coding and robotics—designed for safe, guided exploration that bridges coding, engineering, and AI literacy.
